If so, then I am NOT the agent you need to talk with. Why? Because I am interested in providing the kind of professionalism and skill that is not needed when at the mercy of your bank or a relocation firm. A Short Sale is not a short sale in terms of time or aggravation. And, certainly, if the bank knows it will be taking a lose on the property it is in no hurry to negotiate your offers or even pay for my service.

I AM interested in working with all the Buyers and Sellers that have done everything the “right” way and now find they are treated poorly, without the service you deserve to market and/or help you filter through the puffing and hype of inferior properties as compared to yours. In the real estate industry (and as an agent) we are being encouraged to specialize in foreclosure, and the short sale market. This is producing a new generation of agents less interested in providing good marketing and communication services. I specialize in cutting through the real estate propaganda (for example: the massaging of real estate numbers to skew the numbers to appear that the market is doing better than it really is), and working hard to offer my skills in marketing and service to create a relationship of honesty and trust with the ultimate goal of selling your home or finding you a home that fits your needs, for the price you can afford.
I AM familiar with foreclosures and short sales, but do not have a desire to focus my skills in those areas.
